Unlocking Us: Cracking the Couple Communication Code is an engaging and reflective couples experience designed to help partners better understand how they communicate, why misunderstandings happen, and how to reconnect when styles clash.
Through an interactive framework built around four communication styles, Action, Idea, People, and Process, couples gain insight into their own communication patterns and learn practical ways to better understand and support each other.
Participants will explore their communication styles and their partners’ through guided activities, thoughtful discussion, and meaningful reflection.
