Meet KPRW: Kimberly West, MHR.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Kimberly is the founder of KPRW Consulting, LLC, a firm focused on helping organizations strengthen their people and workplace culture through professional development. For the past four years, KPRW has delivered high-impact training on topics such as emotional intelligence, communication styles, generational dynamics, time management, value propositions, and the UZOO personality assessment, along with retreat facilitation and keynote presentations. Clients include Chick-fil-A, city municipalities, school districts, non-profits, dental offices, and universities. Kimberly holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Relations with a focus in organizational development, equipping her to design customized, results-driven solutions for each client.

Kimberly West is a dynamic speaker, seasoned strategist, and mission-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education, organizational development, and leadership training. She currently serves her alma mater, the University of Oklahoma as the Director of National Recruitment, where she leads a fifteen person regional team and drives strategic initiatives that have significantly expanded the university’s reach. Under her leadership, the percentage of out-of-state students grew to over 50%, marking a historic shift in the university’s enrollment landscape.
Kimberly is also the Founder of KPRW Consulting, LLC, a firm dedicated to helping organizations and teams thrive through customized workshops, retreats, and keynote presentations. Her work spans corporate, nonprofit, and educational sectors, with a focus on topics such as emotional intelligence, leadership development, and communication styles.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations with a focus on Organizational Development and previously served as President of the Texas Association for College Admission Counseling, where she led strategic transformations that strengthened the organization’s statewide impact.
Beyond the podium, Kimberly is the proud wife to fellow OU alum, Konata, and the devoted mother of two energetic sons, Kaden and Kyler. Her personal and professional life is rooted in faith, connection, and helping others rise to their full potential.
